The Kardashian sisters are some of the most photographed women in the world, so naturally they recruit the best makeup artists, hair stylists, personal trainers, and nutritionists to maintain their appearances. Very few people have the same access, but fortunately the Kardashians are extremely generous with the knowledge they’ve picked up from their glam squads.
Recently, Kourtney Kardashian shared a very detailed outline of her diet on her app, which includes a heavy endorsement of drinking apple cider vinegar with water. (Both Miranda Kerr and Scarlett Johansson are devotees of incorporating apple cider vinegar into their routines.)
Kardashian claims this habit has, “a ton of health benefits that affect everything from your skin to the way your body processes nutrients.”
She starts her mornings with a breakfast smoothie bowl made with , shredded coconut, and .
For lunch, she passed on a recipe for citrus salad with a homemade balsamic vinaigrette. And for dinner, she shared a recipe for a with honey ginger glaze, which she says she eats “once a week.”
These foods seem much more approachable than her past gluten-free, dairy-free fare (although potentially a little hanger-inducing). And Kourtney, of course, has had a notoriously strict diet. Some of her most memorable moments:
