Jessica Alba Husband

Cash Warren is, like his wife, a Los Angeles-area native. He is the son of Michael Warren, an actor who is best known for his starring role in the long-running series Hill Street Blues. Warren is one of four children born to Michael from his two marriages.

How Did Jessica Alba Meet Her Husband

It was through a job that Warren and Alba met one another. In a recent Wired Autocomplete Interview, Alba said that she met Warren when he was working as the assistant to the director, Tim Story, on the set of Fantastic Four. This was not long after she called off her engagement to Dark Angel co-star Michael Weatherly.

Since meeting Alba, Warren has gone on to build his career as a producer for various TV series and documentaries. He is also the founder of Pair of Thieves, a retail site that sells socks and underwear.

Jessica Alba counts the week she spent doing a gut cleanse as the most-OTT thing she’s done in the name of wellness. The mom of two (soon-to-be three) declined to share the details of what her digestive reset entailed, but did say that it inspired her to undergo additional therapies to boost her gut health: “I even tried colonics for a week,” she says.

Whip up a smoothie: Breakfast is smoothie time. “It sets you up for success by helping you feel full so you can be calmer by the time lunch rolls around and naturally make better choices throughout the day,” she says. A green smoothie with protein powder, avocado, chia seeds, spinach, and nut milk is one favorite.

Move with purpose: Leveque gets asked all the time if the best weight-loss workout is HIIT, barre, running, spin… And her answer is whatever you love. “Do something that keeps you happy and you can be consistent with,” she says. Consistency is the x-factor in making your exercise routine work for you. And remember: You’re shooting for happiness here, not overexercise or deprivation. Preach!

1. Wash Your Hands

“Doing something as simple as that, washing your hands with soap and water, is a big one.”

2. Take the Stairs

“You’re basically killing yourself if you’re just sitting down at a desk all day staring at a computer for 10 hours.”

3. Drink Water

“Drinking water throughout the day forces you to go to the bathroom, which forces you to actually get up and move, which is really beneficial.”
