Muhammad Ali has died at the age of 74. R.I.P.
Muhammad Ali has been placed on life support and his family have been told that he will pass away very soon. The 74-year-old boxer was hospitalized on Thursday in Arizona on Thursday, after having difficulty breathing. Now, family members have rushed to his bedside and doctors advise he could be gone within hours.
A source, who said he had spoken to Ali’s wife Lonnie, revealed that the situation is grave and he could pass away in a matter of hours. The insider also revealed that funeral arrangements are already being made.
Ali was taken to hospital on Thursday with a bad cough. His respiratory problems are possibly complicated due to his Parkinson’s disease.
Another insider stated that Ali is in dire straights and his condition is rapidly deteriorating. His breathing is very shallow. So sad.
Ali’s two daughters – Laila and Hana- from his marriage this third wife, Veronica Porsche, stated her daughters were on their way to see their father.
“My daughters have both flown there and I will be hearing from them when they arrive at the hospital. I can’t comment more than that but I will say it is not so great, I’ll just say that much. He’s a real hero. It’s a sad situation.”— Radar Online
Ali’s second wife, Khalilah, also stated that one of her daughters was rushing to see Muhammad in the hospital.
Insiders reveal that even if the boxer pulls through that he will likely be left in a vegetative state.
Muhammad already could not stand because of stiffness in his legs. Ali was also reportedly in the early stages of dementia.
Ali has been married four times, most recently to his current wife Lonnie, and has nine children – seven daughters and two sons.

On Thursday, Ali’s spokesperson Bob Gunnell stated that the boxer was being treated for respiratory issues, but did not go into details.
