Deryck Whibley married Ariana Cooper at the Hotel Bel Air in Beverly Hills on Sunday.
The 35-year-old rocker, who was previously married to singer Avril Lavigne, looked happy and healthy after serious health issues last year.
Whibley was hospitalized in April 2014 with kidney and liver failure caused by years of alcohol abuse.
Deryck had collapsed in his living room and was in the hospital for a month.
Doctors put the singer in a medically induced coma to heal, unsure if the singer would survive.
Doctors told the musician that his organs were so damaged from years of alcohol abuse that even one drink could kill him. The singer took the health scare to heart and has sworn off booze.
Deryck and Ariana exchanged vows underneath an outdoor canopy covered in flowers.
Whibley wore a classic black suit and tie, while his gorgeous bride wore a strapless wedding gown with silver embellishments.
Ariana had a bit of fun with her shoe choice, going with white Chuck Taylor converse under her gown.
The couple shared gorgeous photos of their wedding day on social media.
An insider said, “It was a chill and intimate ceremony. They had a violin play at the ceremony and the music was mellow, not typical rock that Deryck’s band plays, which was surprising.”
There were around 100 guests in attendance at the wedding.
Metallica’s Enter Sandman played during the reception. The song for their first dance was Frank Sinatra’s Cheek To Cheek.
This is Whibley’s second marriage after he and singer Lavigne divorced in 2010. They were married for four years.
