The MTV personality posted the photos on Twitter, after she got into a fight with another woman at 1 Oak in Hollywood. She went on to punch and kick security guards before her arrest.
The uniformed men that originally restrained her were private security guards from the club, not members of the Los Angeles Police Department or the local sheriff’s office.
One of the uniformed men tells Chanel that he had been willing to release her even after she kicked him, but then she also punched him.
The video shared online shows Dudley begging the security personnel to let her go, at one point even declaring, “I’ve been on TV for 17 seasons.”
She then became really desperate, telling the guard “she’ll do anything”.
The officer replied, “you’re gonna go for bribery now too?”
She said, “I was violently held by 2 huge cops last night for nothing and have bruises all over my arms”.
In another message, she wrote, “Can someone explain why a tiny 5’3 98 lb women [sic] needs 2 men officers to held her down and bruise her arms?????”
She then followed by tweeting, “Last night i witnessed police brutality first hand and I’m completely outraged. There are real criminals out there and I’m getting arrested?”
She later released a statement on her Twitter attempting to explain what went on inside 1 Oak before police arrived on the scene.
The Ridiculousness host admitted that she got ‘buzzed’ while celebrating a friend’s move from New York City to Los Angeles.
She claims some girls wanted to “start problems”.
Chanel also said, “My heart goes out to victims who are murdered because of skin color. By no way do I feel I deserve special treatment. I also do not deserve to be treated differently because I am a white rapper. I have no boundaries when it comes to skin color, race, religion”.
In a separate tweet, Dudley again railed against police, writing, “Police have gotten out of f***ing hand in this country!!! This s*** ain’t a race issue its a cop issue!!!! Time to put an end to this!!!”
Some social media users did not take kindly to Dudley’s drawing a comparison between herself and black victims of police brutality.
A commenter by the user name Black Chocolate Man told her, “You can punch and kick a cop and escape with a couple bruises. My people DYING… for ‘looking suspicious.’
Another Twitter user posted, “You have bruises where you needed to be restrained bc you were drunk. If you were black you’d be dead.”
Dudley, 26, was booked at the West Hollywood station at 1 am on a misdemeanor battery charge and was released less than seven hours later after posting bail.
