Daryl Hall, one half of the singing duo Hall & Oates, is getting divorced.
Hall’s wife Amanda has filed documents to end their marriage in their native Connecticut, after six years of marriage.
Daryl Hall‘s wife Amanda has filed for divorce from the Hall & Oates rocker in their native Connecticut.
The couple, who wed in 2009, do not have any children together.
In the court documents, Amanda claimed the marriage had “irretrievably broken down.”
Daryl and Amanda did not have any children together, but the court documents show that her two children, March and Orson, lived with them.
Daryl is not contesting the divorce both requested that their prenup be enforced.
The 68-year-old singer and his estranged wife collaborated on his 2011 Album Laughing Down Crying. Amanda was a backup singer for songs including Save Me and Eyes For You.
Hall was previously married to Bryna Lublin from 1969 to 1972, and was involved with singer Sara Allen from the time of his first divorce until 2001, nearly 30 years.
