Kristen Bell Leaves Voicemail As Anna For 6-Year Old “Frozen” Fan With Cancer (VIDEO)

Kristen Bell leaves voicemail as Frozen character for huge fan

We love this sweet story of Kristen Bell calling to leave a voicemail for a six-year-old cancer patient named Avery Huffman.

Bell got into character as Princess Anna as she called the huge Frozen movie fan, with an encouraging message to show her support. So sweet!

Avery’s parents, who have been documenting Avery’s journey via CaringBridge, filmed their daughter as she listened to the message.

Little Avery’s face just lights up as soon as she hears the voice of Princess Anna on the phone.

The little girl giggled in excitement after hearing Anna reveal Avery has been crowned an honorary Princess of Arendelle.

At the end of the voicemail, Bell tells the little girl, “I think you’ll make a great princess”.

This goes to show just how a small act of kindness can go a long way in someone’s life.

Six-year-old Avery was diagnosed with a rare form of brain cancer, DIPG (Diffuse Intrinsic Pontine Glioma) in June.  The tumor is inoperable.

A friend of the family made certain to get word to Kristen about Avery’s love
of the Disney movie Frozen.

Avery’s father never imagined the video would go viral. He said, “I had only put it on YouTube because CaringBridge doesn’t have a way to upload videos to it, unless it’s via YouTube”.

But in the end, Avery’s father was glad that people got to see the video because it made “Kristen Bell fans out of several people, including myself.”

Friends have set up a Go Fund Me page to help Avery’s family with her medical expenses.

We love Kristen even more now. Such a sweet moment.
