Terrence Howard claims his ex-wife, Michelle Ghent, is blackmailing him by threatening to show the world nude photos of her former hubby.
The Hustle and Flow star is already paying Michelle $5,800 a month, even though they were only married for a year. But apparently the gold-digging ho doesn’t think that is enough.
The Empire actor married Michelle Ghent in 2010, before splitting a year later. This could had a very tumultuous relationship, which was made public. Both claimed the other threatened and assaulted one another.
Howard and Ghent’s divorce was finalized in 2013, just before Terrence landed a role on the Fox show, Empire.
Ghent later filed a lawsuit that granted her money from Howard’s Empire earnings.
The Root reported that Howard claims that Ghent is trying to blackmail him by releasing photos and videos that expose details about his genitals.
In the docs filed by his attorney Brian Kramer, Terrence claims he secretly recorded her telling him, “I can make a good $2 million right now … you want to see your little **** out there in front of TV?”
Howard actually showed his little dong in the 2005 movie, “Get Rich Or Die Tryin’”. In the 2005 biopic based on the life of rapper 50 Cent, the actor went full-frontal.
In the film, a fight breaks out in the prison showers. Terrence’s manhood is quite visible in the scene, but you might need a magnifying glass.
Terrence also has a recording of Michelle saying she will tell every woman in the world he gave her an STD.
On the tape, Michelle is allegedly caught stating, “Trust me, you’re f****** with the wrong person. You f***** with me way too much. I will f****** bury you deep in the ground.”
An insider stated, “Howard and his legal team are filing paperwork to end her spousal support because she is allegedly blackmailing him with pictures and videos that could ruin his career.”
Howard has been paying Ghent for four years, but he just filed legal documents for a judge to throw out the divorce settlement for the last year left on the spousal support agreement.
In new documents, his ex-wife stands to benefit from Howard’s great success on Empire. That’s because the deal is that Michelle will get 21 percent of anything Terrence made over $62,500 in the first three months of this year.
Michelle says Terrence earned $125,000 per episode this year, and he is expected to earn even more next year.
Terrence has another show called Wayward Pines that debuts on Fox this year, and Michelle wants some of the money from that show also. Wow! How about getting a job girl instead of acting like a beeyatch!
Howard’s lawyer, Brian Kramer, claims Michelle was entitled to only half-a-year’s worth of spousal support since they were married for one year, but Terrence agreed to five years’ worth of support because of the blackmail.
Michelle Ghent was Terrence Howard’s second wife.
The actor is now married to his third wife, model/restauranteur Mira Pak.
In January of 2015, they announced that they are expecting their first child together.
