Haylie Duff has given birth to a baby girl, her first child with fiance Matt Rosenberg.
Haylie gave birth to their daughter on Monday morning, after her labor was induced.
The 30-year-old’s labor was induced following reports she would be expecting her child over the weekend.
The Real Girl’s Kitchen host gave birth to daughter Ryan.
Her rep issued a statement saying, “Haylie Duff and fiancé Matt Rosenberg welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on Monday, May 11, in Los Angeles, Calif. Both mom and baby are doing great! Haylie and Matt are thrilled to finally meet their baby girl and become a family of three.”
The sister of Hilary Duff first announced in December that she and her fiance were expecting a baby.
The singer-actress became engaged in April last year to the founder of the Subway Tile Shirts apparel company.
The Napoleon Dynamite star revealed that she and Matt were in no rush to walk down the aisle.
She previously said, “We’re just really enjoying this phase of our relationship. I feel like, so many people, you get engaged and then it’s like, ‘OK, we have to get married within a year’ or whatever it is. We’re kind of just, like, enjoying being engaged. It’s fun to be a fiance.'”
Duff explained, “It was kind of too much to all do at once. We’re just trying to focus on one thing first, and then we’ll do it”.
Rosenberg added, “It’s pretty cool to think now our daughter is going to be at our wedding”.
The new addition to the Duff family means that Hilary’s three-year-old son Luca will also have a cousin for play dates.
The sisters have appeared together on Haylie’s Real Girl’s Kitchen series on The Cooking Channel.
