Claire Coffee and husband Chris Thile took to Instagram to reveal they have welcomed a baby boy.
The “Grimm” star gave birth to a son, Calvin Eugene Thile, according to the star’s rep.
Claire captioned the photo, “GRIMM Season Finale! @christhile & I had a baby! I DON’T KNOW WHAT’S MORE INTENSE!! JK, it’s definitely childbirth, but watch tonight anyway! #buryingthelead”.
The picture shows the new mother fast asleep with her newborn in her arms.
Baby Calvin was born earlier this month in Portland, Oregon.
Claire told People magazine, “Cal has already made great strides in the arts of eating, sleeping, and pooping. We are heads over heels in love.”
The 35-year-old actress, who plays Adalind in Grimm, revealed in January she was pregnant.
She showed off her bump at a SAG awards party a few days later, which she attended with Chris, 34, a member of the Punch Brothers.
Her pregnancy was included in the plot of the fourth season of the dark fairytale on NBC>
Claire and Chris met in June 2011 and tied the knot in December 2013 at the picturesque Blackberry Farm in Walland, Tennessee.
