Adam Levine was making his way to appear on Jimmy Kimmel Live!, graciously stopping by to sign autographs for awaiting fans.
But as he made his way through the crowd a man (now identified as Navid Farsi), tossed a bag of a white substance, believed to be flour or powdered sugar, all over the Maroon 5 frontman.
Levine was getting ready to enter the El Capitan Theatre in Hollywood, when he was left covered in white residue.
After getting mobbed with sweet flour or powdered sugar, Adam appeared very pissed off. We would be too!
The front of his blue and yellow patterned jacket was covered in white powder as well as his denim jeans and black sneakers.
Security quickly escorted Adam to another entrance as the rocker removed his soiled jacket and wiped the remaining powder off his white V-neck shirt.
Please be warned the video has offensive language as fans blast the attacker:
The man was arrested for battery. Navid Farsi, 28, was arrested on suspicion of battery and is being held on $100,000 bail.
He is reportedly also the same man that was arrested for throwing a rock at Dwayne Johnson (The Rock) last week.
The ABC show released this statement, “Immediately after the incident occurred, Jimmy Kimmel Live security followed protocol and alerted LAPD, who responded quickly and are looking into the situation.”
Some people have to ruin things for everyone else.
