Jason Aldean married Brittany Kerr on Saturday in an evening ceremony in Mexico.
Jason and Brittany have not shared any wedding photos yet, but the country star said “it’s the best day ever”.
Aldean, 38, said in a statement, “I’ve got my girl here, my friends, my family – it’s the best day ever!”
His 27-year-old bride adds, “Today has been the best day of my life. I feel like the luckiest woman to have been able to marry my best friend.”
Aldean and Kerr were joined by family and friends, including Duck Dynasty star Willie Robertson.
Aldean’s daughters, Keeley, 12, and Kendyl, 7, from his previous marriage were also in attendance at the ceremony.
Jason popped the question to Brittany in September 2014 after two years of dating.
At the time, Kerr wrote on Instagram, “My man did it again. Today was amazing.”
Jason and Brittany were first linked in 2012 after Jason was caught making out with Brittany while he was still married to his wife and high school sweetheart, Jessica Ussery.
Aldean’s cheating scandal made headlines, with photos to back up the reports. He later denied cheating, before then blaming it on “being drunk”.
As for Brittany, she claimed at the time that she didn’t known the famous singer was married. Ummm…sure!
Jason would go on to file for divorce from his wife in April 2013.
As they say…you lose them how you get them. Karma can be a “biatch”.
