American Horror Story Meep (Ben Woolf) hit by car mirror

American Horror Story: Freak Show actor Ben Woolf is in critical condition after being struck by a car mirror.

The actor, who is 4’4″ and has pituitary dwarfism, was hit in the head by a side-view mirror of an SUV in Hollywood on Thursday night.

The accident occurred at Hollywood Boulevard and Gramercy Place at around 9 p.m. Thursday, according to Officer Drake Madison of the Los Angeles Police Department’s Media Relations office.

Woolf, best known for playing Meep on the awesome series American Horror Story: Freak Show, was hit by the side-view mirror of a passing SUV as he attempted to cross the street. He was rushed to a nearby hospital.

Law enforcement officers reveal the driver of the SUV was not taken into custody or given a citation as Woolf was allegedly jaywalking.

Woolf sadly remains in intensive care after the accident.

Ben Woolf has previously starred in television movies such as Haunting Charles Manson, Dead In Kansas, and Unlucky Charms.

Woolf played the role of Infantata in the first season of “American Horror Story” and starred as Meep in the fourth season.

His hit series American Horror Story has also been renewed for a fifth season.

According to IMDB, when he’s not acting, Woolf is a preschool teacher.
