Bill Montag, the father of reality star Heidi Montag, was arrested in Colorado on Thursday night and charged with sexual abuse.
Montag, 67, was taken into custody last night, charged with several counts of child sex abuse and incest that lasted four years.
The victim says the abuse started in 1993 when the victim was 13 and and continued until she was 17 years old.
NBC 9 reports, “Due to the statute of limitations, Montag is only eligible to be charged with crimes that occurred after July 1st, 1996, when the victim would have been 16 years old.”
The victim said she is coming forward after all these years to protect other victims.
The victim says the abuse happened approximately 50 times. The documents stated that Montag once tried to put a vibrator in his victim’s vagina. He’s accused of grooming his victim by giving her back rubs.
The victim claims the abuse ended when the she rebuffed Bill one night after he crawled into bed with her and pulled down her underwear to have sexual intercourse with her.
The victim claims she told him, “Get the hell out of my room”, to which Montag responded, “I thought that’s what you wanted. I thought you loved me the way I love you.”
The victim who, given the time frame, could not have been Heidi or her sister Holly.
Montag divorce Heidi’s mother, Darlene Egelhoff, in 1990, and both went on to remarry.
Heidi Montag, of reality TV fame, is 28 and married to Spencer Pratt. Her sister Holly Montag, 31, an aspiring comedienne and reality TV star, is also married. The girls have a younger brother, Sky Montag, who is 21.
Sources close to Heidi claim the alleged victim has serious credibility issues.

Bill Montag appeared on The Hills when Heidi married Spencer Pratt, walking his daughter down the aisle.
