Eddie Redmayne Starstruck Over Jennifer Aniston & Julia Roberts (VIDEO)

Eddie Redmayne gushes over Jennifer Aniston & Julia Roberts

He is a huge star himself, but Theory of Everything actor Eddie Redmayne reveals he was totally starstruck by Julia Roberts and Jennifer Aniston.

The 33-year-old actor appeared on Jimmy Kimmel Live! and gushed over meeting the actresses.

The British actor star told the late night host he was able to meet some of his favorite celebrities during the award shows.

Redmayne told Kimmel, “It’s sort of kid in a candy store. It’s all these people that you’ve long admired.”

The Theory Of Everything star and his wife, Hannah Bagshawe, are big fans of Jennifer Aniston.

He said, “My wife and I love Friends. We saw Jennifer Aniston at a party and we were just incredibly inappropriate. We so wanted to meet her that we sort of literally stalked about four meters behind her for an entire evening. Eventually I think she was like, ‘Okay!’ [and noticed us] . So we got to meet her and she was as beautiful and wonderful as you’d expect her to be.”

The actor, who is nominated for an Oscar, said things could have gone much differently.

Eddie said, “She could have turned around and slapped us for being stalkers.”

Aniston isn’t his only celebrity crush. He is also a huge fan of Julia Roberts.

He told Jimmy, “At the SAG Awards [the presenter] was Julia Roberts, which was pretty breathtaking.
My dad’s favorite film is Pretty Woman so as a kid, I think at an inappropriate age, I was watching Pretty Woman.

“So this moment happens when your name gets read out and it’s such sort of extraordinary euphoria and it’s kind of white noise, it all goes into a sort of blur. Then suddenly, there I was hugging Julia Roberts. And then I was meant to sort of be articulate and all I could think of was, ‘I wanna tell my dad!” It was amazing.”

Eddie, of course, better get used to being surrounded by big stars as he is up for a Best Actor Oscar on February 22 for his portrayal of Stephen Hawking in The Theory Of Everything.
