Betty White just celebrated her 93rd birthday and was treated to a surprise Hawaiian-themed flash mob on the set of her sitcom, Hot In Cleveland.
The adorable actress was clearly surprised and delighted as a crowd of people danced as she arrived on a golf cart on the studio lot.
White’s assistant always greets the actress with a hula each day on set, but this time they decided to do things in a big way.
Betty sat in the golf cart on her way to the set when out of nowhere several people grass skirts, floral shirts, and leis began dancing in front of her.
Her face lit up and she smiled and clapped along to the music.
The performance included several different groups of people, with some doing the Macarena while others twirled ribbons around, before a large birthday banner was brought out.
White’s co-stars rushed over to hug her, with the adorable actress saying, “At 93, you shouldn’t be doing this.”
The celebrations did not end there on the set of Hot In Cleveland on Friday as they kept the Hawaiian theme with a festive cake decked out with a hula dancer in her likeness as she made a wish and blew out the candles.
