Proud dad Jimmy Fallon shared the first photos of his newborn daughter Frances Cole on Monday night.
The 40-year-old gushed over his second child on his show after taking most of last week off for paternity leave.
Fallon introduced the newest addition to his family with a few jokes, saying, “‘Welcome to The Tonight Show, I’m your host – completely exhausted! I just welcomed my second daughter and now live with three females. Or as Obama put it, “Who’s laughing now, funny man?”‘
The new father did look exhausted but happy after returning as host.
He shared adorable photos of baby Frances with viewers.
Fallon and his wife Nancy Juvonen, 47, welcomed their second child via surrogate.
Frances Cole Fallon was born at 8:45am on Wednesday, weighing in at 5lbs, 11oz and measuring 18.5in long.
Baby Frances joins big sister Winnie Rose, one, who was also born via surrogate last year.
Fallon had to axe his schedule Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday night tapings of “The Tonight Show”, following his daughter’s arrival to spend time with his family.
Jimmy Fallon sent out an excited tweet on Wednesday, which stated, “Due to unexpected but delightful circumstances, there will not be new episodes tonight or Thursday evening.”
The late night host’s rep said in a statement, “The couple opted to keep their baby joy to themselves until their new daughter…made her official debut”.
