There won’t be any wedding bells soon for Robin Wright and Ben Foster!

The couple have ended their 10-month engagement after Robin realized it wasn’t the right decision.

Wright, 48, and Foster, 34, became engaged last Christmas, but their schedules made a relationship difficult.

A source stated, “She got swept up in the engagement last Christmas, but then their schedules got crazy and she realized it wasn’t the right decision”.Ben Foster & Robin Wright to wed

The couple’s age difference of 14 years also was an issue.  Robin, the ex-wife of actor Sean Penn, felt Ben was “too immature”.

The source adds, “The gap just ended up being too much. Ben was kind of immature. She couldn’t deal with him anymore”.

Robin and Ben met on the set of their movie “Rampart” in 2011, but are now working in different places.

Wright films the Netflix show “House of Cards” in Baltimore while Ben was in London doing “A Streetcar Named Desire” on stage.

The actress has two children – daughter Dylan, 23, and son Hopper Jack, 21, from her marriage to Sean Penn.

The couple married in 1996 and divorced in 2010. Sean is now dating actress Charlize Theron.

In August model Dylan said of her father and Charlize, “They’re a great couple. They’re both very happy and, yeah, I love it.  They’re both extremely strong personalities and they’re very intelligent, so conversation lasts between them.”
