Jenna Fischer has given birth to her second child, a baby girl named Harper Marie.
The 40-year-old former star of the sitcom “The Office” welcomed her daughter in late May, but is just now announcing the news.
Fischer, who already has a two-year-old son named Weston with husband Lee Kirk, gave birth to her daughter on May 25.
The couple announced their baby news to E! News, stating, “We are pleased to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Marie Kirk. Born May 25, 2014. The family is doing great. We are happy, healthy and sleepy.”
They also shared an adorable photo of their baby girl.
Back in April, Jenna admitted she wasn’t quite prepared for her daughter’s impending arrival.
She revealed, “The nursery is not done and there’s no name picked out and I’m close! I’ve been nesting like crazy but I’ve been doing things that are sort of zany, like I became obsessed with cleaning my basement. You’d think I’m putting the baby down there. I’m not! But it’s very clean and organized.”
Fischer added, “I have all the baby supplies I just don’t have nursery decor or name picked out yet.”
Jenna married Lee Kirk, a screenwriter, on July 3, 2010 in Malibu, California. They welcomed their son Weston just 14 months later.
The actress said back in 2012, “I love being a family. I love going from two people to three people, and it has deepened the bond between me and my husband. We love being together, the three of us. Our little unit.”
Congrats to the couple on their baby girl!
