Justin Bieber’s legal issues may be catching up with him after he was detained at a U.S. Customs and Border Patrol area at LAX upon his return from Asia on Thursday.

The 20-year-old pop star was being questioned by officials, who is facing DUI charges in Miami, was arrested in Toronto and is being investigated in Los Angeles County for vandalism.  Will they allow him to enter the U.S.?


Beliebers, you can breathe a sigh of relief.  The Biebs was just spotted walking out of LAX, hopping into an awaiting car.

U.S. Customs officials have spent hours speaking to Justin Bieber after he flew into LAX airport Thursday following an Air Singapore flight from Tokyo.

It’s unclear if Justin has yet been cleared to enter the U.S.

Justin and his entourage landed in Los Angeles at approximately 1 p.m. PST on April 24, but his friends, car, and his baggage were still waiting outside for him as of 4 p.m. PST.

Sources reveal the singer has been getting questioned about his open criminal cases, including his Miami DUI arrest and an egg-throwing incident involving his neighbor.

Customs officials questioning the troubled singer is reportedly procedure with his current criminal record.

Bieber’s trip to Asia was full of controversy, after the singer posed in front of the Yasukuni Shrine in Tokyo, Japan, which honors former military leaders who committed war crimes.

In an Instagram post following the incident, Justin explained that he did not know of the Shrine’s reputation. “While in Japan I asked my driver to pull over for which I saw a beautiful shrine. I was mislead to think the Shrines were only a place of prayer.”
