Gwen Stefani Signs On With “The Voice”!

Gwen Stefani to star on The Voice

It looks like we’ll have another stunning blonde to fill in for pregnant judge Christina Aguilera!

Gwen Stefani has signed on to join the judges’ panel on NBC’s “The Voice” for the show’s upcoming eighth season.

The gorgeous 44-year-old singer of No Doubt has already signed the contract and it’s a done deal!

Stefani will fill the vacancy left by pregnant judge Christina Aguilera. Filming for the eighth season will start in June.

Producers began searching for a suitable replacement for Christina, following the announcement of her pregnancy in February.

They really wanted Aguilera to stay on during her pregnancy, but she decided not to join the show this coming season. She will have her hands full being newly engaged to Matt Rutler and expecting a baby girl!

Gwen Stefani is only signing on for one season at this time.

The eighth season of “The Voice” will feature Pharrell Williams taking over the spinning red chair for Cee Lo Green. Adam Levine and Blake Shelton are expected to return as judges.

Stefani has been quite busy in her personal life, welcoming a third son in March. The blonde bombshell named her baby boy Apollo Bowie Flynn Rossdale.

What do you think of the producer’s choice for a new judge? We think Gwen will be awesome!
