Selena Gomez and Justin Bieber may be thrilled after recently getting back together again, but her parents don’t share that feeling.

Selena’s mother Mandy and her stepfather Brian Teefey are worried about the happy reunion of the lovebirds.

The “Come And Get It” singer and her on/off boyfriend were spotted out-and-about together in Texas, where Selena was performing over the weekend.

Fans of “Jelena” may be tickled over the couple getting back together, but it has her parents pretty worried.

The singer’s parents believe her last split with Justin was responsible for her rehab stint in January.

An insider said, “It’s definitely against [Mandy and Brian’s] wishes. They’re doing their best to supervise them. They’re tolerating it as long as they know that there is someone who has eyes on them all the time.”

Of course Selena is a grown woman now and is free to make her own choices.

The source adds, “They don’t have any control over her. She’s pulling the, ‘Who makes the money around here?’ card! It’s a s**t show behind-the-scenes. Selena’s parents know they cannot ban her from seeing Justin”.

Selena, 21, and Justin, 20, were reportedly “all over each other” when they enjoyed breakfast together at Don Pepe’s Restaurant in McAllen, Texas.

The manager, Lori Johnson, revealed, “They were kissing. They were sitting next to each other hugging and kissing in front of the staff. They weren’t hiding it and seemed to be boyfriend and girlfriend.”

Selena Gomez spent two weeks at Dawn at The Meadows recovery center in Arizona on January 5, which treats people aged 18 to 26 years old who are “struggling with emotional trauma, addiction or dual diagnosis concerns.”

A source said, “Her friends and family became increasingly worried that there might be a serious problem with Selena. Particularly, her parents. The partying was, at times, wild. They wanted to help her — and they very much encouraged her to go to rehab. Others very close to her also urged her to seek professional help.”

Bieber dedicated a song to Selena Gomez during a surprise performance at the South by Southwest (Sxsw) festival in Austin, Texas.

He showed up to sing “As Long As You Love Me” for the crowd at Banger’s Sausage House & Beer Garden on Sunday. Justin told the crowd, “This next song goes out to my baby”. Gomez was reportedly in the audience following her concert in nearby Hidalgo on Saturday night.
