Paul Walker’s Mother Seeking Guardianship Of Meadow From Alcoholic Mother


Paul Walker's mother files for guardianship of Meadow

Cheryl Walker, the mother of the late actor Paul Walker of “Fast & Furious” that died in a car crash in November, has filed court document seeking guardianship of his 15-year-old daughter Meadow Rain Walker.

The documents claim Rebecca Soteros, who is also known as Rebecca McBrain, is an alcoholic.

Meadow had been living with Paul Walker for the past three years after leaving her home in Hawaii where she was raised by her mother, who was arrested for (DUI) in 2003 and 2013.

Cheryl claims that Rebecca and Meadow have been living with her, but said she is not fit to care for her daughter.

Meadow is set to inherit Paul’s entire fortune, which is reportedly around $20 million.

The 40-year-old actor, who died along with his friend Roger Rodas on November 30, when the car they were in lost control and crashed in Santa Clarita, California. Walker named his only child as the sole beneficiary of his entire estate in his will.

Walker appointed his father Paul Sr. as the executor, who filed the will with a probate court. {aul also stated that his mother should take on the role of guardian to Meadow so her recent court filing is in line with his wishes.
