Actress Pauley Perrette, who is known for her role as Abby Sciuto on the series “NCIS, has been in a bitter battle with her ex-husband, Francis “Coyote” Shivers for years.

But now Shivers has filed a lawsuit that accuses the actress of assault and infliction of emotional distress.

In a complaint filed in the Los Angeles Superior Court, Shivers, 48, who starred in the movie “Empire Record”, claims he is an unwilling victim of Perrette that acted out a screenplay she wrote called “Star Crazy”.

It’s about an actress that takes revenge on a man who rejected her.

He claims that the 44-year-old actress didn’t sell the screenplay, but instead acted it out at his expense.

The lawsuit claims, “Perrette never succeeded in selling her ‘Star Crazy’ script. Instead, she decided to act it out in real life with plaintiff as her unwilling victim and co-star.”

Coyote Shivers claimed Pauley Perrette attempted to break into the house he was living in when he filed for divorce in 2004 and that he sought a restraining order against the actress in early 2005. He also accused her of hiring private investigators to keep tabs on him.

Shivers claims for over ten years that Perrette attempted to “financially, physically, and emotionally ruin plaintiff”.

The actor and singer later went on to marry Brazilian journalist and author Mayra Dias Gomes.

Shivers claims he was with his wife when Perrette and her fiance, Thomas Arklie, trapped him at a Los Angeles sushi restaurant so he would unwittingly violate the terms of a restraining order she won after they separated in 2004 and divorced in 2006.

In November 2012, he said Perrette and Arklie were waiting for him and his wife when they went to the Shintaro restaurant.

He attempted to leave the restaurant but claims Paulie and Thomas “moved their bodies to a location anticipated to be in proximity to them [Shivers and his wife] , for the ulterior purpose of triggering violation of the temporary restraining order.”

The lawsuit claimed that Perrette and Arklie secured a criminal protective order after Shivers “in self-defense, instinctively began to record Arklie’s attempted assault and pursuit of plaintiff as he and his wife attempted to exit the Shintaro restaurant.”

Shivers also claims Perrette has incited her “NCIS” fans, who subsequently sent him death threats.

Just wow! It’s hard to tell which one is the nutjob in this scenario. Coyote has a bad track record as well!
