Evelyn Lozada has given birth to a healthy baby boy with her baseball star beau Carl Crawford.
The former “Basketball Wives” star tweeted her baby news, “writing, “I have EXCITING NEWS! Thank you God for my blessing!”
Evelyn’s son weighed in at a healthy 8 lbs, born on Saturday morning at around 4 a.m.
A representative for 37-year-old star stated, “New dad Carl is so excited and so is mommy”.
Lozada previously admitted she was “praying for a boy” so we’re sure she is thrilled.
The new arrival joins Evelyn’s 20-year-old daughter Shaniece from a previous relationship.
LA Dodger player Carl, 32, proposed to Evelyn with a huge rock of 14.5 carats.
Lozada revealed in December that Carl Crawford was the father of her unborn baby, with reports the couple were dating that had never been confirmed.
Evelyn is one of the five original castmembers of VH1 reality show “Basketball Wives”, which premiered in 2010. During the show, Lozada was engaged to NBA star Antoine Walker before they called it quits.
The Puerto Rican beauty then dated Patriots wide receiver Chad Johnson. The two tied the knot in 2012 in Saint Martin, but the marriage was over before it even began.
The two announced their separation two months after their wedding following a fight that became physical. Chad tried to persuade Evelyn to give him another chance, but she refused.
