Chris Brown news

Chris Brown was kicked out of a Malibu rehab center on Friday, which landed him in a Los Angeles jail over the weekend. Today a judge decided the singer will sit in jail until April 23.

There were no reports as to the reason he was kicked out of the treatment center, but insiders reveal Brown was involved in a three-way with two female patients.

Court records did not elaborate on the reason for Brown’s dismissal from the facility in Malibu that was treating him for anger management, substance abuse and issues related to bi-polar disorder.

The 24-year-old got the boot after violating an order than he had to stay at least two feet away from any females. The singer also refused to take a drug test.

The rehab facility had imposed a two-foot rule because of the Rihanna assault case.  A source said, “The people who run the facility imposed the highly unusual rule… Chris violated it by touching elbows and hands with a woman.”

The source claims that one of the girls involved in the rendezvous told the staff about the threesome during a group therapy session.  The female patient gave “graphic details” of the encounter.

This comes after a report that claims Chris also had an inappropriate relationship with one of the female workers at the facility.

Chris Brown going to jail for awhile?

Chris Brown also left the facility last week on an authorized outing, but when he returned he was told to submit to a random drug test and he refused.  He later took the test and the results were negative, but the initial refusal was a violation of the rules.

The singer also reportedly made a mockery of rehab during a group session with some pretty harsh remarks.

Today in court the judge said Chris had an “inability to stay out of trouble.” He also found it disturbing that Chris said in rehab, “I am good at using guns and knives.”

Brown’s attorney Mark Geragos asked that Brown be allowed to enter another rehab program, but Judge Brandlin refused and set a probation violation hearing for April 23.
