Amanda Bynes is continuing on the road to recovery, returning to Twitter seven months after being placed on an involuntary psychiatric hold after her very public meltdown.
The former child star, 27, sent her love to her loyal fans and revealed she is studying at a Fashion and Design school in California.
The actress, who had pretty embarrassing Twitter comments during her mental illness, deleted all her old messages. This included one to rapper Drake wanting him to “murder” her vagina. Pals say she is horrified at the things she wrote.
The “Hairspray” star wrote to her three million followers, “Hi everyone! I’m busy studying at @FIDM but I want to say I love you to my fans! Xoxo Amanda (sic).”
Amanda has also changed her profile picture to a sketch, which she completed for class.
This tweet is the latest sign that Amanda is getting better every day, with her lawyer, Bob Wilson, saying the star was recovering well after treatment.
Wilson said, “Everything is fine. She’s doing great.”
Bynes has been spotted looking much more healthy at a Los Angeles gym and is wanting to become a fashion designer. She is currently studying at FIDM in Irvine, California.
It’s great to see Amanda doing so well. We are all pulling for her!
