Oksana Grigorieva Bankrupt After Discussing Mel Gibson: Violated Agreement (VIDEO)

Mel Gibson’s former girlfriend and baby-mama Oksana Grigorieva sat down for an interview with Howard Stern last October, which violated her agreement with the actor.

Oksana wasn’t supposed to discuss anything about Gibson and it cost her nearly $400,000, which lead to her filing for bankruptcy.

The singer, who has a four-year-old daughter named Lucia with Mel Gibson, made the huge mistake of discussing him with the shock jock.

Oksana didn’t say too much about Gibson, but apparently it was enough for a judge to rule she had violated the agreement.

Grigorieva was receiving payments as part of the $750,000 settlement with Gibson after their nasty split in 2010, which included claims of physical abuse and those infamous leaked tapes.

She had $375,000 left on her balance from Gibson, who is reportedly worth $800 million.

Howard told the singer she’d been through a rough time with the “Braveheart” actor and she just has to move on, Grigorieva referred to the “painful and dark” phase of her life.

Stern pressed on, asking if Mel swept her off her feet in the beginning. Oksana didn’t say she had a gag order, but revealed it was too painful to discuss.

Stern then said the recordings of Mel’s malicious rant is pretty astounding, with Oksana replying, “Life happens… I’m still catching up on the humor part.”

Stern played a portion of the recordings and said no woman should be talked to in that manner. Grigorieva simply stated, “Thank you”.

Oksana recently filed for bankruptcy, claiming she has $10 to her name.

There were previous reports that the singer turned down a $15 million child custody settlement offer from Gibson, but that claim has never been confirmed.

Her debt was reportedly in the range of $250,000, with Oksana claiming she has $48,000 in assets and $438,000 in debts.

Okana’s biggest debts are her legal bills. She owes a whopping $250,000 to five attorneys.
