Justin Bieber’s Jail Footage Shows Singer Stumbling After DUI Arrest (VIDEO)

Justin Bieber tries to walk the line in jail

Miami-Dade County prosecutors have released jail surveillance footage that shows Justin Bieber after his drunk driving arrest in January.

Bieber tries to walk the line as his stumbles and tries to keep his balance. The video was released today.

Bieber walks unsteadily and even appears to stumble while performing a sobriety test after his January arrest on driving under the influence and other charges.

The videos were recorded at the Miami Beach Police Department after Bieber and R&B singer Khalil Amir Sharieff were arrested during an alleged “street race”.

Bieber is shown in the video dressed in a dark hoodie, dark baggy shorts and bright red shoes.

He appears to stumble a little and reaches out for the wall for support.

The video has no sound, but here’s Fox News’ coverage of the newly released video:

The new footage comes just a day after police in Atlanta seized marijuana in an SUV at his house.

The arrest video was sought by The Associated Press and other media organizations under Florida’s public records law. But Justin’s attorneys persuaded the judge not to release clips that show Justin in various states of undress and urinated in a cup for the drug test.

One source that saw the un-aired video stated, “Justin is seen several times stumbling around while he was taking his tests. As if he had a problem with his balance … [the video] also shows Justin taking his various tests and eventually taking a piss. The stumbling and going to the bathroom is obviously reason enough for his attorneys to request it be sealed … If I was trying to paint a picture that my client was innocent … I wouldn’t want a video of him stumbling around and looking out of it to go public either”.

Tests revealed his blood alcohol level was below the limit for drivers, but at age 19 he is still not of drinking age which is 21. Marijuana and Xanax were also found in his system.

Bieber has pleaded not guilty to driving under the influence, resisting arrest and invalid-license charges following his January 23 arrest. A trial date has been set for March 3.

Justin Bieber is also faced with being charged with felony vandalism after throwing eggs at his neighbor’s home last month.

The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department has sent the case to the district attorney, with officers strongly recommending prosecution on a more serious felony charge after an estimated $20,000 in damages was caused.
