Singer Justin Bieber was reportedly offered a plea deal stemming from his DUI arrest in Miami, Florida.
But the singer reportedly isn’t interested because it would include Bieber having random drugs tests. Something to hide Justin?
The 19-year-old, who was arrested in January in Miami, Florida, was arrested for resisting arrest and and driving under the influence.
The District Attorney was ready to drop both charges if Bieber agreed to undergo random testing for drugs, attend alcohol education classes, and attend a victim impact panel.
Bieber could avoid jail if he’d accept the plea deal, but may decide to let the case go to trial.
Sources close to Justin Bieber claim the singer doesn’t want to be under the constant threat of probation. Personally we’d jump at the plea deal, but Justin apparently wants to be able to do drugs. Not smart!
In other Justin news, the singer is causing an uproar in Atlanta, with residents scheduling a protest because they don’t want Bieber there either!
Angry residents of the Buckhead community scheduled a protest march for Monday.
Buckhead Neighborhood Coalition unveiled plans for their march on Facebook, stating, “As a community here in Buckhead, we have worked hard to achieve our goals and get to where we are. Justin Bieber’s relocation to Atlanta can be nothing but bad for our children, as well as the community. Some can’t even let their children play in the driveway without fear; he has raced vehicles under the influence, before. What’s to say he won’t do it again?… Please do not allow a child to ruin what we have worked so hard to obtain.”
