The actress arrived at Los Angeles’ LAX Airport on Saturday, telling a security officer she couldn’t go through the body scanner “because she’s pregnant”.
The “Other Guys” star appeared to be in a hurry after her comments to security, wearing a baggy beige sweater and baggy pants with ankle boots.
Did she lie because she was in a hurry and didn’t want to go through the scanner? Or is she really pregnant?
Mendes and Ryan Gosling haven’t been spotted together in months. The 39-year-old actress and 33-year-old actor began dating in September 2011 after meeting on the set of “The Place Beyond The Pines”.
The couple were said to have split in December 2013.
A source close to the couple said, “There was a realization before Thanksgiving that they took things way too fast and were rushing toward a marriage that neither of them particularly needed. They’ve decided to take a break to re-evaluate their romance. At the end of the day they are both so uncertain about their future.”
The insider adds, “He can be moody and she’s insecure. She sees a text from a mystery number and assumes he’s talking to girls.”
But the source thought they couple would probably reunite soon. Did they reconcile in a big way? With a baby coming?
