Drew Barrymore and Adam Sandler are known for their great on-screen chemistry and the cute duo performed on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon on guitar.
Heavily pregnant Drew and Adam performed a little love song about their movie romances, with hilarious lines by Sandler.
Adam and Drew were asked by Jimmy Fallon if they were interested in “expressing their feelings in song”.
Fallon took to the guitar as Sandler, 47, and Barrymore, 39, got on the mic.
Drew sang, “Every 10 years, I promise to love you”, with Adam replying, “I’ll always be true, even as we get older.”
Barrymore then recounted their first meeting, with Sandler adding, “You gave me a hug and I got a boner.”
The actress sweetly sang, “You are the [Fred Astaire] to my Ginger Rogers,” to which Sandler replied, “You’re the Rob Ford to my crack cocaine.”
Sandler then asked if he was a better “movie husband” than Hugh Grant and Ben Stiller, and Barrymore said he was. He then asked if he was better than Fallon, with the star singing, “You both have great qualities”.
“I will still love you when you’re 64,” Barrymore promised. Sandler sang, “I will still love you when your boobs touch the floor.”
Barrymore jokingly said, “So, right now?” Sandler laughed and said, “Not yet!”
The performance ended with Sandler singing a line from his most “Wedding Singer” song, “Oh, I could be the man who grows old with you. I want to grow old with Drew-y!”
Drew was giggling during the appearance, obviously having a great time. She later posted an Instagram photo, captioning it, “Can you take it !!! Two of my favorite men on this earth !!!!! @jimmyfallon and adam my love! #bestnightever”
The duo are promoting their latest movie together called “Blended”, which is about a couple that go on a really bad blind date but find themselves hitting it off at a family resort. “Blended” will be out in theaters on May 23.
This will be Drew and Adam’s third film together, having previously starred in the 1998 film “The Wedding Singer” and “50 First Dates” in 2004.
In December, Drew revealed the gender of her pending little one and is expecting a second daughter with husband Will Kopelman. They are already parents to a one-year-old daughter Olive.
