We reported last month that Dean McDermott was caught cheating on his wife, Tori Spelling, while on business in Canada. His hook-up spilled all the details to the tabloids.

Now Tori has laid down the law and told Dean he must get help for his sex addiction to make their marriage work.

Dean was photographed leaving a rehab center in Los Angeles two weeks ago and again on January 18.

Insiders reveal Tori has given Dean an ultimatum “get help for sex addiction” or we’re through!

A source told Life & Style, “She’s told Dean she’ll leave him if he doesn’t get help for sex addiction. She’s finally laying down the law because she knows things can’t continue like this. If it weren’t for the kids, she’d have left him already. She’s devastated.”

Dean McDermott looked beat-down as he left from the rehab treatment center and left in a gray minivan.

An eyewitness said, “He did not appear at all happy. He looked like he hadn’t shaved for a week and had a very sad look on his face as he was driven away”.

Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott were both spotted leaving the same rehab center, which apparently has a couple’s treatment program.

Tori and Dean were shown smiling as they emerged from the building together.

Hopefully they can make their marriage work. The couple have four children together – sons Liam, aged six, and Finn, aged 16 months, and daughters Stella, 5, and Hattie, two.

Dean McDermott confirmed his rehab stint, issuing a statement saying, “I am truly sorry for the mistakes I have made and for the pain I’ve caused my family. I take full responsibility for my actions and have voluntarily checked myself into a treatment center to address some health and personal issues. I am grateful to be getting the help I need so I can become the husband and father my family deserves.”
