Reality show stars from “Duck Dynasty” have been embroiled in controversy after the show’s patriarch, Phil Robertson, discussed his feelings on homosexuality.
British boy bander Liam Payne tweeted Willie Robertson to say he was a big fan of the show and was soon bashed by gay rights supporters.

A gay rights campaigner took offense at the tweet and tweeted an angry response, which left One Direction fans jumping to Liam’s defense.
Hours later Liam clarified, “Being a fan of someones show and the way they still hold a family together doesn’t mean i am ok with all they say.”
Liam Payne then vented his anger on Twitter about the silly ordeal, tweeting, “Oh my god can someone literally not be a fan if a show without bring labeled?”
Payne, 20, explained, “I just watched a show and I liked it as most people do”.
