Reality star Kim Kardashian has shed over 56 pounds since giving birth to her daughter North West just six months ago.
Now the new mother has slipped into a bikini to show off the results of her hard work.
Kim Kardashian covers this week’s Us Weekly magazine as she struts her stuff in a white bikini on the beach.
An insider said, “Kim feels confident again. She worked really hard and is so motivated to stay fit.”
Kim previously revealed that she was following the Atkins diet to lose her baby weight, cutting out all carbohydrates. She has also been hitting the gym every day.
Her workout routine includes starting each day with 100 squats. Ouch! Have to keep that famous booty looking bootylicious!
The source said Kardashian isn’t completely happy with her size and hopes to get down to a size zero, which is smaller than she was before getting pregnant.
The insider told Now magazine, “She’s hit her goal weight but wants to drop to a size 0. Apparently she’s eating just 1,000 calories a day and drinking herbal teas in a bid to shed the weight. She also wakes up for daily 5am workouts and often does another hour in the afternoon.”
The reality star has kept up her workouts while on tour with her fiance Kanye West.
She has a trainer on tour and a chef to go on the road with them to keep her on course.
