“All My Children” star Aiden Turner, known for his role as Aidan Devane, was charged on Monday with four counts of domestic violence!
The charges come after his arrest in November for assaulting his girlfriend, after throwing a remote control at her face.
Turner, 36, was taken into custody on a felony domestic abuse charge after it was claimed the woman with left with both a cut and a black eye in the incident at his apartment in Hollywood.
The unidentified woman only suffered minor injuries, which resulted in Aiden being charged with misdemeanors instead of felony charges.
The British actor launched his career in the UK with parts in “Crossroads” and “EastEnders” before heading to the United States.
He is best known for playing special forces operative turned barman Aidan Devane on the AMC soap opera, “All My Children”, from June 2002 until December 2009.
His run on the popular soap came to an end after his character was sent to prison for kidnapping Kendall Hart, the role originally played by Sarah Michelle Gellar.
The father-of-one separated from his wife Megan Marshall in 2010, and he appeared on Season 10 of “Dancing with the Stars”, but was eliminated after just four weeks on the show.
Aiden Turner also recently appeared on the VH1 dramedy “Single Ladies” and has just finished filming the movie “To Have and to Hold”.
