“Basketball Wives” star Evelyn Lozada is six months pregnant, but insiders reveal the baby-daddy isn’t her ex-husband Chad Johnson.
Evelyn, 37, divorced from Chad in September 2012 after a two-month marriage after his arrest from head-butting her during an argument.
Source report the father of Evelyn’s unborn child is a man she has been dating for over a year. They also said the baby was planned.
Only a few of Evelyn’s relatives and friends knew about the pregnancy until now.
This will not be the first child for Lozada. She has a 20-year-old daughter called Shaniece that was born when Evelyn was only 17.
The pregnancy news comes just months after the reality star stated she wanted to move on with her life after her marriage to Chad Johnson.
She said, “I still want to be a mother, I still want to have other children, I still want to get married and have a family. I just want a good guy. A family man who wants kids. I don’t want five kids, but one or twins would be great.”
The reality star has remained quiet about the baby news, but did tweet on Thanksgiving. She wrote, “I’m so thankful for so many things! How much greatness has happened in a year! I’m sooooooo damn HAPPY!!! Yipeeeeeee!!!”.
Her ex-husband Chad Johnson, who was previously known as Chad Ochocinco, head-butted his then-wife in August 2012 after she confronted him about a receipt for a box of condoms she found in his car.
The couple divorced shortly after the domestic violence incident that left Evelyn with a three-inch gash on her head, which required eight stitches.
