You may not immediately recognize the name Vincent D’Onofrio, but you can bet you’ve watched this actor in a film or even television series.
Most of you have seen D’Onofrio in the awesome movie “Full Metal Jacket”, where he played Private Leonard Lawrence (“Gomer Pyle”).

James Whitmore, the late Emmy-winning actor you probably remember from “Shawshank Redemption” as Brooks Hatlen, also starred in a film where he looked unrecognizable. Totally!
But Whitmore actually starred in the 1968 film “Planet of the Apes”, where he played The President of the Assembly
Tobey Maguire is probably most known as “Spider Man” or Homer Wells in “The Cider House Rules”. But the actor played a very different looking character in the 1998 film “Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas”. McGuire played a blonde hitchhiker who met Raoul Duke and Dr. Gonzo during their drive to Las Vegas.
Tim Curry first rose to fame with his breakthrough portrayal of Dr. Frank-N-Furter in the 1975 cult film “The Rocky Horror Picture Show”.
Did you happen to know Tim Curry voiced the character of Dr. Nigel Thornberry in all five seasons of the cartoon series “The Wild Thornberrys?
Tim Curry wasn’t the only famous person in the cartoon series. Guitarist Flea of the “Red Hot Chili Peppers” also voiced a character on “The Wild Thornberrys”.
