Creative Arts Emmys 2013: See Who Won!


2013 Primetime Creative Arts Emmy Awards Press Room

The 2013 Creative Arts Emmy Awards were held last night and the two-hour show will air on September 22.

Bob Newhart, 84, won his first Emmy for his guest starring role on “The Big Bang Theory”.

The HBO movie “Behind the Candelabra” led the pack with eight Emmy wins. “Undercover Boss” was named Outstanding Reality Show and “Project Runway” stars Heidi Klum and Tim Gunn were the winning reality-show hosts.

“House of Cards” landed the Outstanding Casting for a Drama Series prize. “30 Rock”, which just finished their final season, won Outstanding Casting for a Comedy.

“Scandal” star Dan Bucatinsky nabbed Outstanding Guest Actor in a Drama and Outstanding Guest Actress in a Comedy Series went to “Louie” star Melissa Leo, who previously won an Oscar for “The Fighter”.

The funny animated series “South Park” took home outstanding animation program, while Disney’s “Mickey Mouse Croissant de Triumph” landed the short form animation award.

The Creative Arts Emmys are presented to recognize people behind the scenes for technical and other similar achievements in television programming, which also includes guest acting roles.

The Creative Arts Emmys 2013 ceremony was taped to air on Saturday, September 21, 2013, on FXX, just one night before the live 65th Primetime Emmy Awards telecast on CBS.
