The 27-year-old actress has been negotiating the lucrative deal for the past several months, which will begin filming when she completes rehab next month.
Lindsay Lohan will give us all a peek into her life in the eight-part documentary.
The troubled actress, who will complete her court ordered 90-day stint in rehab in August, will have two assistants to wait on her hand and foot as well as a personal stylist to ensure she always looks her best.
The series will detail Lohan’s past struggles with addictions as she tries to get her career back on track.
Lindsay Lohan signed the lucrative deal with Oprah at the Betty Ford Clinic last month.
OWN confirmed the venture Friday, saying that Lindsay would appear first in an exclusive interview with Winfrey, 59, in August before the reality special about her road to recovery debuts in 2014.
Lindsay’s mother Dina is thrilled her daughter will have a chance to have Oprah Winfrey share her story and encourage the star.
Dina stated, “Oh, it’s fantastic. If anyone is going to help mentor you, it’s going to be Oprah.”
