Actor Matt Lanter is officially off the market after tying the knot to his girlfriend Angela Stacy in Calamigos Ranch in Malibu on Friday.
The actor, who proposed during a trip to Paris, France over a year ago, has now jetted his new bride off for a romantic honeymoon.
The “90210” actor talked about his wedding, saying, “It was the happiest day of my life. Everything went perfectly. It was amazing to do this in front of our closest friends and family.”
Matt Lanter married Angela in front of 145 guests in a lavish ceremony in the woods of the exclusive Malibu resort.
Angela Stacy wore a custom gown by Lazaro, Badgley Mischka shoes and Neil Lane jewelry. She gave a peek of herself in her wedding gown on Twitter.
In May, Matt revealed he and Stacy were involved in the “chaos” of wedding planning. He said, “A lot of details are still being worked out and I feel like it’s crunch time.”
The couple are in the process of relocating to New Orleans, where is filming his new show “Star-Crossed”.
Lanter said, “Picking up everything and going somewhere else – and getting married! It’s a cool, fun new chapter in my life.”
Matt proposed to Stacy with a 4.2 carat solitaire on a diamond band last May, after dating Stacy for three years.
His career started in 2004 when he was a contestant on the Bravo show “Manhunt: The Search For America’s Most Gorgeous Male Model”.
He didn’t win the competition, but it did launch his Hollywood career. He appeared on the teen drama “Point Pleasant” before landing a role on the political drama “Commander in Chief” alongside Donald Sutherland the following year.
