Comedian Lisa Lampanelli, known for her raunchy but hilarious comedy, has dropped 106 pounds and says she is now “officially a skinny b****.
Lampanelli said she is still working on it, but is pleased with her weight loss following gastric-sleeve surgery in April.
Lampanelli said of her new slimmed down body, “I’ve lost a total of 106 pounds. I feel like I’ve reached the weight I’m supposed to be. I’m officially a skinny bitch!”
The former “Celebrity Apprentice” and Comedy Central Roaster, considers herself the “Queen of Mean,” but the comedian’s weight loss means she can handle the jokes about her weight now.
Lisa Lampanelli said she is “still a work in progress” and has been exercising and eating healthy to lose weight.
She said, “I have to figure out my addiction issue and how I even got overweight in the first place”.
The comedian said being 106-pounds-lighter, “One of the best parts of losing weight has been the clothing!”
She adds, “I roll up to Macy’s and go to the sales rack and see how much I can get for as little amount of money! It’s almost like a game for me!”
Gastric-Sleeve surgery is “a type of bariatric surgery, reduces stomach size in order to help severely overweight people shed pounds. The smaller stomach size means less room for food, so people are less inclined to overeat.”
