Jamie-Lynn Sigler, who is best known for her role as Meadow on the former HBO series “The Sopranos”, has announced her engagement to baseball player Cutter Dykstra.
The 31-year-old received the proposal from her 23-year-old beau, who is a Washington Nationals minor-league infielder (and son of former New York Mets center fielder Lenny Dykstra).
Jamie-Lynn tweeted her excitement after Cutter Dykstra popped the question, showing off her huge rock! She wrote, “So this just happened…”
Dykstra, 23, retweeted the same photo, writing, “She said yes!!”
A representative for the actress confirmed the happy news, saying Sigler is on “cloud nine”.
A source close to Jamie-Lynn said, “Jaime couldn’t be happier. Cutter is the perfect guy for her”.
Sigler and Dykstra have been dating since 2010.
This will be her second trip down the aisle. She ended her two-year marriage to her longtime manager A.J. DiScala in 2005.
Sigler began a romantic relationship with actor Jerry Ferrara in 2008, who plays “Turtle” on “Entourage”. They met when she guest-starred as his love interest in the television series. They split up in 2009.
Jamie-Lynn Sigler then dated professional football star Mark Sanchez, before moving on to Dykstra.
The actress can currently be seen on Jimmy Fallon’s NBC comedy series “Guys with Kids”.
