Wiliams walked up to him and whacked him hard with his mic as the crowd gasped.

The comedian then jokingly stated, “mic check”, and then told the crowd to “start clapping right now”.

The comedian then addressed the crowd saying, “Don’t be nosy, don’t be nosy, it can happen to you. Record me like I say no, and see what happens to you. Let me see your light recording me, and see what happens. Don’t worry if you don’t like it I’ll be hear all night. Go home and get your raggedy pistol and bring it back. I already got mine.”

The victim of the attack, Carlos Casto-Lino, has now filed a $250,000 lawsuit against Katt claiming Katt gave him a concussion and left him with contusions on his head.

Katt was arrested over the weekend in northern California on a felony warrant related to a police chase. The paper says he was released from the county jail Saturday after posting bail.

The California Highway Patrol says Katt fled from police on a three-wheeled motorcycle on Nov. 25 after being spotted driving on a downtown Sacramento sidewalk.

The CHP said Williams was asked to stop and refused, leading to the pursuit. The CHP says Williams nearly hit five people during the chase, which police ended for safety reasons.

Last month, Katt made headlines for slapping a Target employee.

We’re not certain if Katt is cracked out or just batshit crazy at this point!
