Reality star Farrah Abraham, the 21-year-old single mother from the show “Teen Mom 2”, has splashed out $16,000 on a new nose and chin.
The aspiring model has already had breast augmentation surgery, going from an A cup to a C cup in 2010.
Farrah, who has a daughter Sophia, age three, has gone under the knife again for a double procedure on her face.
The young mom had a rhinoplasty and a chin implant on October 1 in Miami, showing off the results on the cover of In Touch magazine this week.
Farrah explained, “I’ve always hated my hose since I was 13” adding that she also had a chin implant to “balance the alignment” of her face.
She is thrilled with the results of the surgery, saying, “I feel gorgeous!”
The reality star has not spent around $21,000 on her looks, $16,000 on her face and then $5,000 on her breast enlargement.
Farrah Abraham said she explained the surgery to her three-year-old, saying, “I’ve told her that mommy wants to be a beautiful butterfly.”
Abraham is working on finalizing a deal for her own MTV spin-off reality show, stating “it’s going be about me and my life.”
Farrah isn’t the only Teen Mom star to have cosmetic surgery. Jenelle Evans had a boob job earlier this year and there has been speculation Maci Bookout also had breast augementation after finding fame on the reality show.
In other Teen Mom news, Leah Messer Calvert, who already has two-year-old twins Ali and Alleah, is now expecting her first child with her new hubby Jeremy Calvert.
Teen Mom 2 Season 3 premieres on Monday, Nov. 12, 2012 at 10 p.m.
