Journey Guitarist Neal Schon Proposes To Michaele Salahi During Show (VIDEO)

Neal Schon, the guitarist for the rock band Journey, got down on one knee to propose on stage to Michaele Salahi during a Sunday night benefit for the Johns Hopkins Kimmel Cancer Center in Baltimore.

Schon asked Salahi to come on stage and before he dropped to one knee to pop the question. Michaele seemed shocked and thrilled as she accepted his proposal. She hugged the lead singer of the band before she walked off stage as the band began playing their romantic hit song “Faithfully”.

If the name Michaele Salahi sounds familiar, she is the former White House party crasher and appeared on “Real Housewives of DC” with her then-husband, Tareq Salahi.

Last September, Michaele ran off with Neal and Tareq called police reporting his wife was kidnapped. He later sued Schon for $50 million for emotional distress and conspiracy to defame and interfering with a contract. Tareq claims his wife leaving him made him lose business deals they had signed on for together.

During that time, Salahi claimed Schon taunted him by emailing him a photo of his penis and calling him to tell him he was having sex with Michaele.

Michaele seems very happy with Neal and revealed that for her 47th birthday this month, Schon surprised her with a Porsche Cayenne in white and also jewelry, clothes and flowers.

Michaele said her relationship with Neal “is like a lifetime dream. It’s a really real thing.”
