Brian Austin Green’s $200K Lawsuit Against Ex Tossed Out By Judge

Brian Austin Green’s lawsuit against his ex-girlfriend Vanessa Marcil was thrown out by a California judge.

The former “Beverly Hills, 90210” actor was suing the mother of his 10-year-old son Kassius over unpaid loans from 2000, but Los Angeles County Superior Court judge Barbara Meiers has dismissed the case.

Insiders reveal Brian waited too long to pursue legal action against the actress, who he met on the set of his hit show, because the statute of limitations had run out.

To add insult to injury, the judge ruled that Marcil can seek monetary sanctions from Green for what her lawyers called a “frivolous” lawsuit. Her attorney’s are reportedly asking for $50,000.

A hearing has been set for January 4, 2013.

This bad news for Brian Austin Green comes less than a month after he welcomed his first child with his wife Megan Fox.

Megan gave birth to their son Noah Shannon Green in late September, but the couple waited to announce the news earlier this month.

In a post on her Facebook page, the “Transformers” actress wrote, “We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.”
