British comedian James Corden married tied the knot with Julia Carey on Saturday at the Babington House in Somerset, South West England.
Corden’s star-studded wedding ceremony included fellow comics David Walliams, Michael McIntyre and Jimmy Carr, “Gavin & Stacey” co-star Ruth Jones, “Doctor Who” star Matt Smith and singer Natalie Imbruglia, who enjoyed the nuptials followed by a champagne reception, dinner and a free bar.
James and Julia arrived to the reception in a helicopter, where they were serenaded by Snow Patrol’s Gary Lightbody.
Julia, who left her job as a charity press officer to raise their 18-month-old son Max, wore a Monique Lhuillier wedding gown.
Earlier this year, James, 34, honored Julia as he gave his speech at the Tony Awards when he was awarded the prize for Best Actor.
In his emotional speech, James Corden said, “My girlfriend Julia gave birth to our son like, five days before we started rehearsals.
“She’s my baby mama, and I can’t wait to marry her. Seriously, I would not be holding this if it wasn’t for her. She makes me say ‘us’ instead of ‘I’ and ‘we’ instead of ‘me’, and I love her. Thank you very much.'”
The couple became engaged in December 2010.
