Reality Star Stephanie Pratt’s Beau Arrested For Running Over Cop’s Foot (VIDEO)

Internet entrepreneur Julien Chabbott, 28, was arrested after he ran over a police officer’s foot in his $260,000 Spider Ferrari, while the cop was writing him a ticket outside the Mercer hotel in SoHo on Saturday.

Chabbott’s girlfriend, Stephanie Pratt, 26, of MTV’s “The Hills” looked on as the crazy incident happened.

An onlooker captured the whole thing on video.

Chabbott, who is an Internet entrepreneur of a business called “Line Snob”, was charged with assault, vehicular assault, disorderly conduct and obstruction of governmental administration.

Pratt’s beau was parked outside the The Mercer on Saturday at about 6 p.m. when a police officer started writing a ticket for parking in a non-parking zone and for no inspection/registration sticker.

Chabbott angered the officer when he grabbed at his ticket book and entered his vehicle.

He got into his car and began driving forward as the officer yelled, “Stop, stop!”

The cop banged on the Ferrari’s window, yelling, “You ran down my f**king foot!”

The officer yanked the door open, grabbed Chabbott out of the car by his purple cardigan and threw him up onto the back of the vehicle.

The Ferrari was impounded as arrest evidence.

Check out the craziness here:

Chabbott was definitely acting like a A-hole, but did the officer behave professionally or lose his cool to much?
