Daniel Tosh, who is known for pushing the envelope with his racist, sexist, and homophobic jokes, is under fire by a woman that felt his remarks were inappropriate.
We wonder what she was even doing there at his show if she is so easily offended!
Tosh, who stars on Tosh.0 on Comedy Central (which is freaking hilarious), took the stage at the Laugh Factory in Los Angeles on Friday where he really pissed a woman off!
The woman left his comedy show after heckling the comedian and not appreciating his funny comeback. She took to a Tumblr blog called “Cookies for Breastfast” to tell of her “horrifying ordeal”.
She wrote, “So Tosh then starts making some very generalizing, declarative statements about rape jokes always being funny, how can a rape joke not be funny, rape is hilarious, etc. I don’t know why he was so repetitive about it but I felt provoked because I, for one, DON’T find them funny and never have. So I didnt (sic) appreciate Daniel Tosh (or anyone!) telling me I should find them funny. So I yelled out, ‘Actually, rape jokes are never funny!'”
Tosh, 37, heckled the woman right back as the crowd cheered him on, stating, “Wouldn’t it be funny if that girl got raped by like, 5 guys right now? Like right now? What if a bunch of guys just raped her…”.
The woman went on to explain her side, saying, “I, completely stunned and finding it hard to process what was happening but knowing i (sic) needed to get out of there, immediately nudged my friend, who was also completely stunned, and we high-tailed it out of there. It was humiliating, of course, especially as the audience guffawed in response to Tosh, their eyes following us as we made our way out of there.”
Tosh took to Twitter after the woman’s blog made headlines, tweeting, “all the out of context misquotes aside, i’d like to sincerely apologize.”
He later added in a tweet with the hash tag #deadbabies, “the point i was making before i was heckled is there are awful things in the world but you can still make jokes about them.”
Tosh.0 is Comedy Central’s highest-rated show, averaging 3.7 million viewers for its previous season.
Daniel has previously said of his non-politically correct humor, “I’m not a misogynistic and racist person…But I do find those jokes funny, so I say them.”
Here’s a couple of Tosh’s previous rape jokes that we’ve all enjoyed:

The thing we love about Daniel Tosh IS his ability to “go there” but still be hilarious. What do you guys think?
